  I did watch @CommonSense's reviews of movies on @CoxComm's on demand service at a number of points when I was a kid and even though I might not have always agreed with their assessments, I always found them to be genuinely saner than, say, @ThePTC could ever hope to be.

  @CoxComm You guys really need to treat your customer with respect! I called in today because my WiFi stopped working. I was on the phone for 40 min, then transferred to Tier 2 specialist that again didn’t solve my problem and then promised to call me back within 20 minutes.

  @CoxHelp I can promise you it's not my fault. I woke up and found my internet was down. I also suspect someone in my apartment might have been tampering cause in the past week we had a lot of technicians here inspect the wiring everywhere.

  @CoxHelp @RobBANKS_ My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help
