@Ask_Spectrum We tried calling. You sold a product, but the customer would like to return it. Could have bought it at Walmart and returned it no problem. You might lose a customer over now. I’d change the sales technique ASAP. They promised they could return it within 14 days. We checked.

It is criminal how hard it is to cancel services with @GetSpectrum. Despite showing up at a @GetSpectrum physical location and turning in my equipment in June I am still getting monthly bills from them.

So...where do I have to live in Charlotte to get @Xfinity because @GetSpectrum is unreliable. After trying both services...I can honestly say Xfinity has the superior service. @CamdenFoxcroft only offers Spectrum's spotty service unreliable. If you work from home, this ain't it.
